Barak orders Defense Ministry to review vaccine distribution procedures

Defense Minister Ehud Barak met Sunday with senior ministry officials for discussions on the swine flu global outbreak.
Defense Ministry spokesman Shlomo Dror said that the Health Ministry was currently responsible for the issue but that the Defense Ministry would step in if a global crisis were declared by world health authorities.
Barak ordered the Defense Ministry to review procedures for distributing vaccines and medicine to the public.
