Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer informed Labor chairman Ehud Barak on Thursday that he was giving up his reserved slot on the party list and that he planned to run in upcoming primary.
"It wasn't me who requested a reserved slot. I don't want it and I will compete [in the primary]," he said.
