A 16-year-old Netanya resident, suspected of raping a 25-year-old woman, was arrested on Tuesday. The woman filed a complaint saying she did not know the suspect and that the rape occurred in an abandoned building in the city. The suspect denied the accusations against him claiming that the woman had agreed to have sex with him.
