A Tel Aviv pub was ordered to pay NIS 2,500 in compensation to a plaintiff who sued the business in small claims court, Israel Radio reported on Monday.
The judge dismissed claims made by the business that smoking was a natural part of the bar experience.
The prosecutor emphasized that the court's ruling was an important precedent.
