Explosive device thrown at IDF in Nablus; 8 nabbed

An explosive device was thrown at IDF troops operating in Nablus early Friday morning. No one was wounded in the attack.
Meanwhile, the IDF arrested eight Palestinian fugitives in Nablus, Ramallah and Beit Likiya, Israel Radio reported.
