Former Likud MK Naomi Blumenthal, who was convicted of bribery and obstruction charges at the Tel Aviv District court last April, may not be forced to serve her jail sentence.
Channel 2 reported Wednesday evening that Justice Minister Daniel Friedmann passed a recommendation to acting President Dalia Itzik to cancel Blumenthal's jail time.
