Former National Workers Federation chief jailed in Hirchson case

The Tel Aviv District Court on Sunday sentenced former National Workers Federation director- general Yitzhak Ruso to 15 months in jail in the embezzlement case against former finance minister Avraham Hirchson.
Ruso was convicted in accordance with a plea bargain agreement of embezzlement, fraud, breach of trust, money laundering and other offenses. He was also given a two-year suspended sentence and a 300,000-shekel fine.
