Full Winograd report to be published on January 30

The Winograd report will be published on January 30, it was announced Sunday. The report is not expected to include personal recommendations but will be comprehensive, and will be "laid at the people's reach." While the partial report dealt with the Second Lebanon War itself, the full report will also deal with the conduct of governments prior to Olmert's, and also to the last 48 hours of the war, after UN resolution 1701 had been issued.
