Girl, 17, dies after being run over by car on Highway 40

A 17-year-old girl was killed early Saturday morning when she was hit by a car while crossing Highway 40 at the Kastina Junction.
Magen David Adom paramedics who arrived at the scene declared the girl dead.
Police questioned the driver of the vehicle before confiscating his license and releasing him, pending further investigation.
