There will be no new government if Shas refuses to join, Kadima MK Tzahi Hanegbi said Wednesday. Speaking to Israel Radio, Hanegbi said there was no point forming a short-term coalition and that if it becomes clear that Shas's demands are exaggerated, Kadima leader Tzipi Livni will call elections.
