Herzog leading Labor race as votes continue to be counted

After counting the votes of approximately a third of polling stations during the Labor primaries, Welfare and Social Services Minister Isaac Herzog was in the lead with 4784 votes by 2 a.m. Israel time. Herzog was followed by MK Ophir Paz-Pines with 4689 votes and MK Avishay Braverman with 4106 votes.
Voting was closed at 10 p.m. Thursday night.
