Horowitz says Meretz should change direction, angers party colleagues

"Meretz should change tone and become a social-environmental party," MK-to-be Nitzan Horowitz (New Movement-Meretz) said in a Friday faction meeting, Israel Radio reported.
The statement brought on angry retorts from party members Talia Sasson and Tzali Reshef, who said that was not the road Meretz should take.
