IDF forces arrested 10 Palestinian fugitives in operations throughout the West Bank overnight Tuesday.
In one such operation in Kalkilya, four Hamas operatives were apprehended, while five were nabbed in Ramallah and a Fatah activist was caught in Bethlehem.
