IDF forces arrested 11 fugitives in the streets of Yehuda and Shomron Monday night.
One Hamas activist was arrested north of Ramallah. Two members of the Fatah organization were arrested south of Nablus. Three members of the Tanzim organization were arrested in Bethlehem, and two more members of Hamas and Tanzim were arrested in the Hebron area.
