Indian foreign worker sues employer over alleged sex offenses

An Indian foreign worker sued her employer on Sunday for NIS 530,000 over alleged sex offenses. The Tel Aviv Office for Legal Assistance filed a lawsuit on the woman's behalf in Tel Aviv's Magistrate Court. The defendant, Marius Salomonovich, allegedly gave the woman tea laced with narcotics, and when she was slipping into unconsciousness, committed the crime, which he later confessed to. The woman said her husband in India blamed her for the ordeal and would kill her if she returned.
