By JERUSALEM POST STAFF
Israel on Thursday said that it would halt its military action in Gaza for three hours for the second day in a row to allow Gaza residents to stock up on supplies.
IDF spokesman Peter Lerner said Thursday's lull in fighting will also enable humanitarian groups to do their work. He said Israel will also send aid and fuel to Gaza.
