Kassam fired from Gaza lands in open territory

A Kassam rocket fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip landed Friday in open territory. No one was wounded and no damage was reported as a result of the attacks. Earlier Friday, three Kassam rockets were launched at Israel. One hit a home near Ashkelon, wounding three Israelis, including a seven-month-old baby, who was listed in moderate condition some five hours after the attack. The Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility. Another Kassam damaged a number of buildings near Ashkelon. No one was wounded.
