An Israeli man was found in a car near the West Bank settlement of Otniel Tuesday afternoon with his hands and legs bound. Policemen tracked the man to his location after he had pressed an emergency distress system and found him in good health. Following an initial inquiry into the circumstances leading to the incident, police found that the man was apparently trying to sell cigarettes to four members of a minority group when they attacked him, tied him up and drove over an hour and a half to Otniel, where they eventually left.
