By JPOST.COM STAFF
Far-Right activist Baruch Marzel will serve as the chief observer of the Umm el-Fahm ballot box during the February 10 general elections.
The Central Elections Committee approved Marzel's appointment at the request of the National Jewish Front party, Army Radio reported on Monday morning.
The Israel Police and the Justice Ministry have repeatedly delayed a right-wing protest through the streets of the Arab city, planned by Marzel and fellow right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir.
