Ministers extend Hanukka vacation in Gaza periphery schools

Defense Minister Ehud Barak decided on Sunday to extend the Hanukka vacation in schools within a 20km range of the Gaza Strip until further notice, due to the escalation of violence in the region. The decision was made in consultation with Education Minister Yuli Tamir.
