Nadia Cohen accuses Mossad of 'squeezing' husband

Nadia Cohen, the widow Eli Cohen, an Israeli spy who was captured and hanged in Syria in 1965, accused the Mossad Thursday morning in an interview with Israel Radio of "squeezing" her husband. Cohen claimed that then Mossad chief Meir Amit demanded of her husband to "transmit as much as possible," referring to encoded messages Cohen relayed back to Mossad headquarters, and that was what ultimately led to his capture. Amit denied the accusations.
