Netanya: 14-year-old arrested on suspicion of stealing a scooter

A 14-year-old was arrested in Netanya on Sunday on suspicion that he stole a scooter and drove around with it in the city.
According to reports, the youth pushed one of the officers as he was being arrested, and threatened to burn his house down.
During the preliminary investigation, the suspect claimed that he was given the scooter.
