Netanyahu arrives at Beit Hanassi for coalition consultations with Peres
By JPOST.COM STAFF
Likud chairman Binyamin Netanyahu on Thursday morning arrived at Jerusalem's Beit Hanassi Friday morning for consultations with President Shimon Peres on the formation of a future coalition.
Peres, who is to meet Kadima leader Tzipi Livni later in the day, is expected to make a final push for a broad government.
Netanyahu has expressed willingness to include Livni in a future government, but the Kadima chair has so far been insisting that her party will go into the opposition.
