Likud Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu on Wednesday lashed out at Kadima, claiming that the ruling party's policy enables rocket fire at southern Israel. The government had made a grave mistake when it decided to "abandon" the Philadelphi Corridor and agreed to a truce with Hamas, Netanyahu told Israel Radio. Netanyahu also said that he was not opposed to negotiations with Syria but insisted that Israel must remain on the Golan Heights.
