Owner of dog that bit child fined NIS 12,000

The owner of a dog that bit a 10-year-old boy was ordered to pay the child's family NIS 12,000 on Monday. The dog, an American Staffordshire Terrier (Amstaff) caused the boy severe bruising, Army Radio reported.
