Palestinians: Civilian killed by IDF tank shell in the Gaza Strip

A Palestinian civilian was killed Sunday and three people were wounded in fighting between IDF troops and Palestinian gunmen in the southern Gaza Strip, Palestinian officials said.
The man was reportedly killed when he was hit by a tank shell. The IDF said its forces fired at an armed gunman and hit him.
