Peace Now to hold demo outside Knesset against incoming gov't

The left-wing Peace Now group is planning to hold a demonstration outside the Knesset on Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. to protest the right-wing policies of the incoming government. The group contests Prime Minister-designate Binyamin Netanyahu's claim that by including the Labor party in the government, he has formed a unity coalition. Protesters plan to rally under the slogan, "This is not unity - it is right-wing extremism." The group said in a statement that "this government, which supports settlement construction and will not recognize a two-state solution, is made up of right-wing extremist elements." Peace Now has also started a new T-shirt campaign in support of dividing Jerusalem, which states: "Two capitals for two people."
