Defense Minister Amir Peretz secretly met with veteran settlement leader Ze'ev [Zambish] Hever Tuesday night, according to a Channel 2 report. The two reportedly discussed a plan in which a number of illegal West Bank outposts would be voluntarily evacuated by settlers, while others would be given legal status as permanent settlements.
