Petah Tikva: 3 teens arrested for stealing scooters throughout city

Three teens from Petah Tikva were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of stealing a number of scooters throughout the city during the past few months.
The initial police investigation revealed that one of the teens was already on probation for a previous offense.
