'PMO has no knowledge of Schalit videotape'

The Prime Minister's Office has no knowledge of a videotape showing captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit alive and well, a senior government source told Israel Radio on Monday. The statement followed a Kuwaiti newspaper report that Hamas leader Moussa Abu Marzouk was given a videotape of Schalit during his recent trip to the Gaza Strip. The source also emphasized that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert was making every effort to secure the soldier's release during his final days in office.
