By JPOST.COM STAFF
Rachel Risby, who served as Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's Diaspora Affairs adviser, was summoned for a hearing over the Rishon Tours affair Monday by the Jerusalem District Attorney Eli Abarbenel.
After the hearing, a decision will be made on whether to order Risby to stand trial on suspicion of fraud, breach of faith and false registration in corporation documents.
Olmert is suspected for double-billing charities and a government ministry for the same airplane expenses and misusing the funds to pay for personal family travel.
