Police arrest 4 high schoolers in large drug bust

Jerusalem police on Monday arrested four Jerusalem high school students suspected of selling drugs to their classmates in a large-scale school drug bust, police said. The four 17 and 18-year-olds were apprehended after a month-long undercover police investigation at the prominent Jerusalem high school during which police questioned no fewer than 60 high school pupils in the tenth through twelfth grades. The students were suspected of using an assortment of drugs, including marijuana and hashish, during and after class, both at school, during school breaks and holidays. The four, who cannot be named because they are minors, were ordered placed under house arrest pending their imminent indictment.
