Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas has refused to meet again with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert until the prime minister delivers on his commitments from their previous meeting, Army Radio reported Tuesday.
Olmert met Abbas at the end of last month to discuss reviving the Israeli-Palestinian peace process and the possibility of a prisoner swap.
