Report: Prisoner swap talks between Israel, Hizbullah showing progress

Negotiations between Israel and Hizbullah over a possible prisoner swap have progressed recently and are on the brink of a breakthrough, according to a report in the Lebanese daily As-Safir Monday.
According to a Palestinian source quoted by the report, Hizbullah chief Hassan Nasrallah is personally involved in the talks.
