Sappers detonate 2.5 kg explosive near Tira

Police sappers detonated an explosive device found near a water tower in Tira Saturday night. Police assessed that the device, weighing roughly 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg), was intended for use in a future terror attack against Israel.
