The state is forming a plea bargain with Anat Kam, an aspiring journalist who allegedly stole classified military documents and handed them over to Haaretz reporter Uri Blau, Channel 2 reported Monday evening.Kam was initially accused of espionage. According to the bargain, Kam will be charged with trafficking classified documents, but will not be accused of conspiring to harm the state. Feldman and Kam refused to verify Channel 2's report.
