State urges court to reject petition by Israeli journalists to enter Gaza

The State on Monday urged the High Court of Justice to reject a petition submitted by Israeli foreign affairs journalists who had requested access to Gaza in order to cover Operation Cast Lead.
The State said the area around the Israel-Gaza crossings was extremely dangerous and that access to the Strip would only be granted in humanitarian cases.
