An Israeli man wanted for leaving the severed head of dog outside the front door of the head of a moshav near Beit Shemesh turned himself in to police on Wednesday.
The dog, a white German Shepherd, belonged to the son of the head of Moshav Ness Harim, located seven kilometers east of Beit Shemesh. The dog's carcass was left near the door of his son's house after the Tuesday morning incident.
The motive for the animal killing was a dispute between the two men, the police said.
