"The breach in the eastern side of the [security] fence is enticing to terrorists; every day thousands of Palestinians enter [Israel] unsupervised" Uri Bar-Lev, the commander of Israel Police's southern district said Wednesday.
"We must erect an effective barrier that will seal [the fence]," Bar-Lev told the Knesset Internal Affairs Committee following the terror attack in Dimona.
