The Tel Aviv District Court on Wednesday convicted three Gaza men of murder, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit a crime and illegal weapons possession in the armed robbery of a Brinks truck at a Tira Bank Hapoalim branch in which security guard Moti Cohen was killed.
In the December 2004 robbery, the three, illegal workers from the Strip, shot Cohen to death in the truck when it arrived at the bank and stole three million shekels.
