The Tel Aviv District Court jailed Turkish citizen Jarka'am Hasnagolo for 25 years on Tuesday for killing 18-year-old Israeli Nelli Refaeli in Rishon Lezion in 2005.
The Turk, who was convicted after a plea bargain, was residing in Israel illegally at the home of Refaeli when he attacked her, stabbing the 18-year-old twice in the chest before stabbing himself to insinuate that he had been acting in self-defense.
