Two people arrested for installing device which reads PINs from ATM

Two Romanian citizens were arrested on Saturday on suspicion that they installed a device which could read the Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) from customers who were using an unspecified ATM in Tel Aviv, police announced on Sunday. The two will appear in court on Sunday for a hearing on their arraignment.
