The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court sentenced Haim Ben-Yishai on Sunday to eight years in jail, for being an accessory to the murder of three-year-old boy, Aviv Eiluz in Rishon Lezion.
The incident occurred on April 27,1999, when a bomb exploded in the car of Asher Ilouz, seriously wounding him and killing his son.
The judges wrote in their verdict that that the boy had been an innocent victim of a criminal underworld feud.
