A 57-year-old man wounded in a Haifa suicide bombing seven years ago died Saturday, becoming the terror attack's 16th victim. Shimon Shiran was dining at city's Matza Restaurant with his wife and 17-year-old daughter, Adi - herself killed in the attack - when a suicide bomber blew himself up on March 31, 2002. Shiran died of his wounds after being in a coma since the bombing. He will be laid to rest in a plot reserved for terror victims at Kfar Samir Cemetery in Haifa. Sunday will mark seven years since the attack, which occurred over the Pessah holiday, according to the Jewish calendar.
