With 390 of 400 polling stations counted, Haifa mayor Yahav wins race

With 390 of 400 polling stations counted on Wednesday morning, incumbent Haifa mayor Yona Yahav beat Ya'acov Borovsky in the race for mayorship of the city, by a margin of just under 10 percent.
Yahav garnered 46.7 percent of the vote, and Borovsky received 37.3%.
