With 40.6% of the ballots counted by 1:30 a.m., Kadima was narrowly leading with 22.9 percent of the vote over Likud, which had garnered 21.8% of the votes.
Israel Beiteinu trailed in third, with 13.1 percent, Labor was in fourth with 10.1% while Shas, United Torah Judaism, and Meretz earned 8.8%, 3.6 percent, and 3.2 % respectively.
