Yishai pledges NIS 10-18 million to cancer victims

Industry, Trade and Labor Minister Eli Yishai met the hunger-striking sufferers of advanced colon cancer in Jerusalem's Roses Park on Friday and promised to grant them between 10 and 18 million shekels from the money allocated to Shas in the coalition agreements, to purchase the medicines they required.
In order to provide the funds, a special non-profit organization would need to be set up to oversee their distribution.
