One on One fitness club takes the world of personal fitness training one step further and offers a new concept of training in the gym while building a personal program appropriate to the needs of each person. Unlike most other gyms, there is no obligation or membership fee.
The gym offers a combination of private training, personal training in small groups of up to five people and small-scale studio training. All this creates an exclusive experience that offers a refuge for those who feel uncomfortable in large gyms.
The new club is owned by three fitness instructors who have extensive experience in the field. Those who train at One on One also benefit from the state-of-the-art weight-training and aerobic equipment, as well as a modern and sophisticated studio that offers a variety of classes.
Club One on One uses the Fitness That Fits You (FTFU) training method, which is designed to create the optimal training program according to the abilities and goals of each person. This program allows for a combination of three different training courses that the club offers. The Gold track offers private sessions with a personal trainer; the Silver track offers personal training in small groups of up to five people; and the Bronze track offers studio training for up to 15 people.
