Local real estate agents say that demand is high for family-sized apartments in the city, and that while other cities are seeing falls in prices, Hod Hasharon is seeing the opposite, with prices rising and expected to continue to do so. The agents say that demand is particularly strong for four-room apartments, which are currently selling for NIS 850,000 to NIS 980,000.
