Two minivans exploded near a university as students were leaving after classes Tuesday in a predominantly Shi'ite area of eastern Baghdad, killing at least 65 dead people and wounding 138.
The blast occurred near the Al-Mustansriya university at 3:45 p.m. as the students were boarding the minivans to go home, police said.
